Go Paperless - How to receive your monthly statements electronically on HSBCnet

  1. Log On to HSBCnet.
  2. Go to “Message Centre” service (located under the “More” tab )*
  3. Click the “Create” button.
  4. Select the Account you wish to receive electronic statements from the “Account number” drop-down**
  5. Select “Customer Services” from the “Category” drop-down
  6. Select “Statement Maintenance” from the “Message type” drop-down
  7. Choose “e-Statement Only” from the “Statement delivery” drop-down

*If you do not see this option, please contact your System Administrator.

**If you would like to receive e- Statements for all of the Canadian-domiciled accounts on the HSBCnet profile, select “Yes” from the “Apply the above amendment to ALL Accounts” drop-down at the bottom of the next page.

Once you select “e-Statement Only” option, subsequent statements will be available on the system for at least 12 months from the date of creation. To retrieve statements older than 12 months, you will need to contact the Bank for a copy. Service charges may apply.
