With HSBCnet Statements, you have real-time access to your account information.
Here a few ways you can bring insights to your fingertips.
- Switch to e-statements >you can choose to receive electronic statements for your commercial HSBC Bank Canada accounts. Just navigate to Self-Service and support, go to the Accounts section, and select Change how you receive statements.**
- Set up alerts >To set up a custom alert, select the bell icon in the header of HSBCnet page, then View and manage alerts then Create alert.
- Automate report delivery >You can set up an automated report delivery through the Automated File Delivery service to have your statements delivered via email at your preferred frequency. To set it up visit Net Plus/Help Center Directory and navigate to the Reporting section located under Accounts.
**Once you select “e-Statement Only” option, subsequent statements will be available on the system for at least 12 months from the date of creation. To retrieve statements older than 12 months, you will need to request a copy via HSBCnet Message Center. Service charges may apply.
