Following guidelines from the Public Health Agency of Canada, please do your part to keep everyone safe by staying home if:
  • You’ve travelled outside Canada within the last 14 days and haven’t self-isolated;
  • You feel unwell, or may have come into contact with someone who is unwell;
  • You’ve been in close contact with anyone who is suspected of having or has been diagnosed with COVID-19.

Instead, visit us online, use our mobile app, or give us a call.

We’re taking extra steps to keep everyone safe, including:

  • Enhanced cleaning services to all our branches and deep-cleaning services where necessary, with increased attention to high-touch areas;
  • Increased employee awareness on the need for good personal hygiene;
  • Additional supplies throughout our work sites;
  • Self-isolation requirements for employees who have been in affected locations, or exposed to affected individuals;
  • Home-working and alternate site arrangements, and restricted travel.

Remote Deposit Capture is a fast, secure and convenient way to make multiple cheque deposits without having to go to your local branch. Scan several deposits at once using a desktop scanner supplied by HSBC Bank Canada and electronically submit these deposits to your account, where they are processed and validated.

Mobile Cheque Deposit (available May 1) allows you to securely make single cheque, money order or bank draft deposits to your corporate account using your smartphone and the HSBCnet Mobile app. Simply download the HSBCnet Mobile app to your smartphone, sign in to your HSBCnet account and you’re ready to go.

Night Deposit Service offers our business clients a convenient way to make deposits 24/7 and without the need to go inside a branch. All deposits made through the Night Deposit Service are processed the next business day, offering a secure method to optimize and manage your daily banking needs.

Positive Pay is a cheque fraud mitigation tool. This daily cheque matching service can be used as a stand-alone service, or included in conjunction with Full Account Reconciliation (ARP). Positive Pay is specifically designed to help identify cheque fraud prior to the release of funds.

We have also made implementation easier for many of our products by streamlining our on-boarding and enabling the use of eSign on many documents. Find out which products apply by speaking with your Relationship Manager.
